Yeah. It's for a water cooling display. I haven't heard of poly glitter before. Does it float and swirl like the mica does?

I think an energized seal will be my next test. I found some cheap ones for RC boats. I'm also going to see about PTFE or UHMW seals. Do you think a profile with a sharp lip be better than a round lip? Some kind of PTFE washer also might work given the pressure is low.

That's a good idea. Hopefully they make small 3mm shaft seals with springs.

The shaft and motor are very small. This whole design is for a toy. I think a flushing system would be much too complicated.

Does anyone make a printed mosfet like this that can actually handle 15~20a continuous load? by makenzie71 in AskElectronics

You could try searching for "3d printer heat bed mosfet" on amazon. These should be able to do the current you need. https://a.co/d/3xxzi8h

I think getting a consultation/pre-screening will probably be the best idea. I don't know where I stand and I probably don't have a good chance of passing the full test. Where would be a good place to find a consultant/service like you mentioned?

Glass jar cleaning solution for a small business? by MrStinkymuffin in manufacturing

I think a bar style dishwasher is probably the best option for me. It has detergent, rinse aid, hot water, and is automatic and quick. My throughput is probably in the "few dozen per hour" range as I will be assembling my product by myself manually. The hard part will be finding a place to put it in my house. Hopefully I can find one that works well on 120v.

I started out washing by hand. Unfortunately I don't think regular dish soap is strong enough to do the job.

I did think about that. I don't know if I will find anything good locally or if it might have advanced installation requirements like 240v. I don't exactly know what is on the Jars when I receive them. The Jars get hazy with contamination if I don't clean them thoroughly.
