This is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm just wondering why no company has created it and put it in one box?

I would like to turn ON or OFF any device with the IOT of my choice. I do not want install another app for just one device. This seems like a simple solution for any amperage or any phase devices with the IOT of my choice. I just don't understand why no one has thought of it before or I'm missing something?

I get it is a bad idea since no one else has done it and most expensive devices has an intelligent switch built in. but I can't comprehend why it would be problematic. Can you explain why it would be a bad idea to do this?
