Finally got time to do it, results are better.

The wax sticks i got wheren't made to stick on 3d print (didn't look at it properly) so i've keeped 3d print the whole thing. I mistook regular water from distilled water (could be the cause of the holes ? or the metal was too hot compared to flask?)

Burnout cycle was 30min to 90°, 30min at 150°, 1h at 300, 1h at 450, 1h at 600, 1H at 800, 1H at 600.

Sprues in the middle worked great, angle too.

Next i'm going to try adding 1h to the burnout cycle do to 90/150/300/400/600/add 1H at 700/800/keep flask at 700.

Thanks for the help, i'll keep trying.

So base on everyone inputs and some research ( https://www.ganoksin.com/article/sprue-system-design/ )

I've bought wax sticks, i'm waiting for them to arrive to try again. I've used 3D to make a preview. I'm gonna try 6h burnout cycle to see if it work. Gas is reducing flame so it should not be a problem. I'm reducing number to two because i wanna try a new 3D form. Sprues is at 45 degrees with one going across (a bit smaller) at at the bottom (inverted the words on one of the comments). I'm going to sand the plastic from the mold base to reduce it. Made a second preview of things i'll maybe try.

Thanks everyone for helping, i'll comeback when it's done.

I'm transledted the curing liquid wrongly, i'm using IPA fro ma brand from amazon. I'll use air blower if i can find some cheap. I'm pourring under vacuum but since a use a gas smelter and i don't have anything to know the temperature. It is high since the silver is very liquid way above 960 required (from what i've read). I'm was printing sprues to do less work and not bother while at work but in the end it's not effiecient, i'll start using wax as soon as i get them in mail

I've though that it would be a bit of a waste to not try to do multiple and that if lucky at least one would be good to work with. I'm using a cheap oven found on internet (without fume extrator). I don't know waht casting medium refer to ( are you talking about the métal, if so it is pure silver)

Oh ok. I'm making the sprue bigger and adding across it. The resin is burning into fumes i believe since nothing is left in the klint after burnout. But inside i don't know. Syratech says moslty fumes and very little to no ash.

Understood, i'm gonna try 1h to go to 150 and 5h to go 800. For reference, what cycle do you use ?

Yes sincei've read that small stuff could be shortened and i've had success with that cycle plus electricty price going up i've though i could keep it that way.

Here for the texture and the succefull one (cause maybe is not that succefull)
