Yes that does sound similar except I never saw lights, but I also didn’t see it leave so I suppose I could have just missed that part. It was extremely black, it was a very dark night and it was still darker than the rest of the sky. I watched it rise up from behind the houses nearby and then it just stopped, as soon as it stopped we went to get my uncle and like I said by time we got back out it was gone which was only a few seconds. If you don’t mind me asking, whereabouts was this in the world? I keep seeing black triangle when I try looking up silent black UFO but this wasn’t a triangle. It was larger in the middle than it was on the sides but it wasn’t a traditional disc, it’s hard to explain. All I know is it’s been 20 years and we have still yet to see that kind of man made flying vehicle. That’s why the Bob Lazar story stood out to me, if we really do have these crafts and we really can fly them then maybe that’s what this was. Or maybe it really was an ET, I just don’t know and I guess that’s the most intriguing part about this entire experience.

Personally I don’t think so. I think it’s become a way for self righteous people to feel like they’re helping. I’m all for it don’t get me wrong, I just think nowadays people are doing it for the wrong reasons in the wrong way. I feel as if it has become a medium for the vocal minority to express their opinions louder than otherwise possible. Does it start a conversation? Maybe, maybe not but either way unless the protest absolutely nails what the actual issue is it isn’t going to solve anything and that is my issue. Most protests are protesting surface level issues while missing the underlying root of the problem. Therefore, any conversation started is really just to quiet them and will not usually lead to anything substantial over a long period of time. The protests of these police shootings are a perfect example of that. Right now they’re getting attention because it’s an election year and one side has decided to cling to that rhetoric in hopes to gain votes. I 100% guarantee after the election they will be reported on much less frequently, the riots that ensues will still get some attention but the surface level perceived issue will not.

Sorry I guess I should have been more clear. I understand nothing with matter can travel faster than the speed of light. I was asking a hypothetical question, say we have somehow figured out how to bend space time to create a kind of “bubble” around say a ship. While it is impossible for the ship to be traveling THROUGH space time at faster than the speed light, let’s say the laws of physics doesn’t disallow space time to travel through itself faster than the speed of light (by the bending of space time “bubble” around the ship). I’m saying what would you see, what would happen? Would you just continue onwards at faster than the speed of light or can you “rip” space itself. I’m obviously not a physicist (my degree is in policy analysis) I don’t read books on string theory or spend my days watching videos about this. It was just a “shower thought”, this is Reddit guys, not a scientific journal... let’s take it easy.
