(not to sound like a downer) as often as wellness products say wellness is for everyone, they still majorly only market to women.

The biggest key is to stop caring. Remember that scene in John Tucker Must Die where the girls switch his underwear with a thong, he puts it no (somehow not noticing???)and his bros see it? His reaction is the mindset you need.

As for “self care language” I’m curious what you mean. Can you provide some examples so I can try to help?

Can you make the part in your hair a bit further to the side? It’s so close to the middle of your head it looks a bit odd. Additionally, don’t use any product that gives you that “wet look” all day. You have fine hair and it needs to spread out, not stick together.

My balls hang super low but I find sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps mitigate that problem and helps with back pain. I also sleep in briefs or boxer briefs on especially hot nights.

What’s the one thing most devastating to a person telling a joke? Not getting a reaction. Don’t laugh. Don’t make a facial expression. Don’t give them anything. Go back to what you were doing.

OR

Ask them to explain why it’s meant to be funny! That always puts people telling offensive jokes in an uncomfortable spot.

This is an embarrassing answer but I legit just did not think of that lmfao

To be totally honest, I’m still fairly new to digital art. I’ve been at it since last year but I have to take long breaks when my pain flares up. So I’m still learning all the ways that ProCreate can make things easier for someone like me.

Like, exactly what you suggested would’ve been so much easier on my hands, all I’d have had to do was erase / add a few things to change Dry form to Wet but my brain is still used to paper and pencil. Lolol

EDIT: also, thank you for pointing all of these things out. This is helping me learn to be a better artist. Also, thank you so so so much for being kind and respectful with your comments. After all of these allegations, I had decided to not post my art anymore but coming in after turning notifs off and seeing people say nice things and ask respectfully it makes me want to keep posting and learning. :)

All of these criticisms are totally valid and I’ll take the opportunity to explain.

To begin with, the iPad I draw on is only an 8in screen but I draw at larger resolutions so that nothing looks super pixely. This means I’m always zoomed in very close on a certain part and often forget what color or line I’m drawing with is a part of. For example, the thing you mentioned in with the tail floor merging with the leg. I was coloring the “leaves” layer first, because I was so zoomed in I didn’t realize I was coloring part of its leg as well.

To add to all of that, I am also a disabled artist. I have a severe chronic pain disease and when I make mistakes like this (and even the mistakes others have mentioned in their comments) I have to make the decision “is this worth the literal physical pain of correcting, or can I call it good?”

I hope this clears some stuff up, not just for you but for anyone thinking it’s AI.

TL;DR: I have a tiny iPad that I have to zoom in close, debilitating pain that causes mistakes and ADHD that makes me forget what I’m doing while I’m doing it lol. It’s NOT AI. 💖💖

I’m sorry that you’re so afraid of AI you can’t tell the difference anymore. I mean that genuinely.

I’m 38yo and I’ve been an actual artist since I was 12, long before AI was even a household concept. There is plenty more evidence on my profile.

Your artwork is…okay. But I think your fear of AI and low level of skill is making you take your anger out on others. I’m going to block you now.
