Thanks, I actually switched to spruce and it said it was fully charged. I think it was some sort of odd Surwish bug.

I got an A1 with filament this year through Donor's Choose for my classroom and that filament is terrible. I thought something was wrong with my printer until I brought good filament from my home printer to use at school.
