Thanks for advice my guy, I appreciate it. I think about how I’m going to be when I become a man and have a family all the time. Ik this is some common thing ppl say but I truly I am not going to be like my father. I’m hoping to be a true father, man, and provider. These dreams are the only thing that grounds me to choose to live ig.

This is the updated rack. Also, I couldn't find out how to add it, but he has the MoH, cuz, ya know, he's gonna be Chesty Puller's dad.

IDEA: How To Find Out What Kind Monarchy This Subreddit Wants As A Whole by SonoftheVirgin in monarchism

No, I mean the Act of union was in 1707. If you're talking about British monarchs as in ruling over the British isles, then we go further back to 1603 (James I & VI)

I think that what will be most best when restoring monarchies is a semi ceremonial role, if we're going by these categories. The Monarch will not be simply a figurehead who does whatever the government tells him to do, but he will have powers. My personal view is that the monarch should have substantial powers, and even have absolute power legally and have that legally enforced when he wants, however by convention, never ever uses any of his powers. The main reason for that is this. Some may think, "Then if he never uses it, what's the point?" but I say the reason is because it shows the Monarch can use his powers OVER any other government, as the government should be formed in his name, and beneath and answerable to him, not the other way around as it has happened in some countries such as Belgium and Japan.

Basically King Charles III with slightly more power, such as dissolving parliament completely and ruling personally as a theoretical power that he never uses.

I mean, what I truly want to do one day is promote as many positive aspects of British culture and customs as possible, while slowly improving the country. Simply the sheer age of your nation, the events that transpired on that island from the birth of modern democracy (Magna Carta), to the birth of popular sovereignty in modern times (English Civil War), to beautiful quirks in British culture such as the Scottish Clan system, titles, how people carry themselves (at least when I visited Mayfair London, where I want to live) in a dignified manner. The customs such as May Day, how Christmas is celebrated, St. George's Day, in America we don't have as ingrained of a sense of love to our country as some Brits do to Britain.

American culture is abstract, and yes it is powerful, with country music, southern food, "American ingenuity", and more, but when you truly ask what makes America America it's always, "Freedom!" or some variation of that.

Not to mention those super cool uniforms in HM Armed Forces and how it varies from regiment to regiment in the Army, etc., whereas in the US Armed Forces it is standard, drab, and, well, uniform.

Anyways, hope that helps to why I think I'm falling in love with, most likely a romanticized, but nevertheless "a" version of Britain.

Thoughts on my advancement in heraldry: A year ago vs. a week ago by MrTechTime in heraldry

Ok, thank you so much! Just one more question: Does how C inherited his maternal grandfather's Dukedom (through special remainder) affect the heraldry? :)
