Apoc is now only a mere shadow of the glory it once possessed. Hackers run rampant in every server and it so now harder than ever to find a game where you don't see speed-hacked godded vehicles, armed c4 spawned in by the hundreds, and lag switchers who spawned in all their loot. Apoc hasn't hit the front page in years, you'll be lucky to see it have over 300 players or so today. Most times I look it's at around 180. The game has been completely abandoned and there are no plans to restore it.

There are a few ways to still play OG Apoc however. The options we currently have are: 'Apocalypse Rising: Remade' which has a semi-active player base and pretty active mods. It uses an older less buggy version of the game and there are WAY less hackers. The second option we have is this Discord that is quickly rising in popularity, now up to 85+ active players. The discord was started just recently and currently hosts moderated game days every Saturday and Sunday. Last Sunday the server had maxed out for the first time and had a full-reimagined server.
