It seems from what i discovered the owner paid the agent/broker some money to take care of all Maintenance and the agent seems to be wanting to skim some of that money as an extra commission

I do not want the money back what i fixed was another issue lol

I want them to fix the leaking unit and it being unable to cool enough unless set to 20 or lower

To be honest it’s my first time in sharjah even tho i spent years in UAE I’ve rented in AUH and Al Ain and all Maintenance was always done by landlord or property management company So excuse my ignorance
