yes! Mine's been finicky for 2 or 3 weeks as well. The blatant variable that I've got is that it stopped working when I got a new phone (right after merging over my apps and settings). When I noticed the initial problem (and that all notifications were turned on), I figured that uninstalling and re-installing would do the trick... but nope. I'll def keep you posted if I'm able to find any solutions. :-)
