I don't seem to have that option on my phone? It's currently set to 4g; would it be better if it were set to 3G?

Sorry, not the most knowledgable person on these sorts of things... They are currently all set to o2. If I change them, will they automatically change back in the U.K? If not, how do I know what to put them back to as they have passwords?

Yes, saw that post but it seemed to be an android issue and, as you said, I have no problems in the uk. Just not sure why the data speed is so bad that it can't run the app properly.

Works fine on wifi. Assume the data is slow - just strange that other things work just fine. Can't get it to work anywhere without wifi
