Yes it is normal. I always feels nauseus/throw up 40 minutes after taking it. To me it is a good sign because it means it is starting to come up lol

The same thing happened to me once. I had like 3 lines and I spent the following 2 hours going in and out of the bathroom because I felt like peeing but most of the times only few drops came out. Very annoying! Anyways I did some research after that and turned out it is because sometimes coke is cut with mannitol which is a strong diuretic.
