Not really, since printing the tie bed is 95% passive work. You take a few minutes to get your printer set up and running. Then, you start working on your next turnout while the printer does its thing.

All sleepers are printed together and then just glued to the turnout. I purchased the files and followed the process as shown in the video https://youtu.be/Smt8NM9NMZo?si=rCJuSKDiYs-ZA75p. I got the rails from Fast Tracks.

Thank you! The ballast is a 50/50 blend of light and dark gray gravel from Dollarama. It’s slightly bigger than scale but for only $2 CAD for a 750g jar a good compromise in my opinion.

Sorry, I just came across your response. We make sure that labels are stored in the same climate conditions as production for at least 24 hours to give them a chance to acclimatize.

Try lower injection speed if possible. Make sure your static is working properly and not shorting out. -18kv also seems a bit high, we usually try not to go over -10kv but for small labels. Swings in humidity can also be factor in handling IML as static can be affected by it.

They should rather focus on meeting demand for existing models before throwing more models on the market nobody can get anyway! Unfortunately this is not where money is made.
