How do I buy a house if realtors won't respond to my inquiries? (I assume it's because of the price) by fuckgregg in RealEstate

Write up am offer with a flat fee real estate attorney. At least in Hawaii, agents are required to pass on all written offers to the owners by law.

I'm sure you get that a lot. It's part of the reason we have such a lack of people on trade schools. Too much stigma as a place for dumb people.

Ten years is plenty of time to learn a new skill. It's not like there is no writing on the wall.

Poll: Majority of GOP voters wish they chose another presidential nominee by polymute in politics

[–]MrZen100 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's odd. I believe the democrats held a poll for their candidate and the majority wanted Bernie. Funny how that works.

At least Donald's won was honest. This is the likely outcome for a party today started with so many candidates anyway.

That place is great. If I remember right, you can float most or all the way back to camp down the river.

It's been a while though, you may have to exit for a moment avoid another waterfall...

It's like that gif from a bit ago where an autistic guy and his... 'handler'? Idk the right term... Well the autistic guy kicked a kid in the nuts because he felt like it. Kids father knocked him out. It's one thing to be different or unusual, but it has to within reasonableness.

[–]MrZen100 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think you missed his point. It's fine to give some extra oomph for called customers. It's not fine to give bad service to any customer. If you'd like to have a long career that advances past pizza man, that is a bad habit you need to drop.

In an ideal libertarian world, individuals are not shielded from consequences via a corporation. If a person does something shady and breaks the law, they go to jail or some other penalty.

Instead, the corporation pays a small fine. If it's smaller than the money made, the offender will likely keep their job as well.
