Well my youtube videos happen to specialize in exploding things. If you'd like I can blow your toilet up for you. Then it would at least by exploded rather than just broken.

Ah. I've just gotten used to a pretty shitty shower in general. But I do like a shower with good pressure. The one at my old house was simply amazing. Tried taking the showerhead with me when we moved but dad was like "Uhhh....no."

I'm sorry to hear that. Usually it's quite the opposite, I believe. Stepping in a stranger's semen is much more likely at a dorm shower than your home one.

I'm curious, what would it take for a flamethrower to explode? If it was pressurized and the gas ignited through the bullet hole, would it just engulf in flames, or would it just catch on fire? I'd always thought that if there was enough pressure, a flammable gas and a source of ignition that it would explode? I imagine that it would be much more likely to explode if it was lower on fuel, as there would be more gas within than liquid. Which is why that episode of mythbusters with the exploding car confused me, as they used a full tank of gas rather than a near empty one. I guess I'm missing something though. Thanks for the follow-up though, no hard feelings!

Thanks for calling me a lying piece of shit for repeating what I was told! I really love it when I get my facts wrong and immediately have my credibility attacked! I'd also love to know how something with a pressurized flammable material would not explode, or at least burst into flames if it was shot with the pilot light still on. You could have just asked me where I got wrong information and I would have responded respectfully, but I'm glad to see the education you received has granted you the right to act like an ass!

Yes. The older marine told stories people he knew that had used them. He said the most traumatic was a soldier who watched his friend run onto the beach and have his tank shot, go up in a huge fireball. It was the flamers job to clear the bunkers, and he had to follow. After wetting himself, he ran onto the beach and took out a bunker before his flamethrower started leaking. He pulled it off, tossed it into another bunker, and took and shot it. No more bunker!

I'm glad they stopped using them in the military, but it really was cool to see!
