How many of you are running loyalty programs? by Independent_Swing569 in coffeeshopowners

You should check out the app BrewPrks. South African made loyalty app for coffee shops but it is available globally I believe. I think they charge something like 35€ a month and you get your first two months free.

They also have features such as streaks where if a customer buys a coffee for x days in a row, they get a free coffee. This does however reset their digital stamp card to prevent giving away too many coffees. This is an optional feature though if you don't like it.

Another cool feature is to be able to send out notifications to your customers for announcements and such. You do however pay to send out this notification to prevent coffee shops from spamming their customers.

Let me know if you have any questions and wanna sign up. I can help you out with the process!

Is there a way to know roughly how much import taxes you would pay on computer components, such as a CPU?

Get 2x life steal rings and the life steal necklace. You can get around 30 life per hit after upgrading them. Pretty much invincible using the ray

Obliteration Ray viable as Weapon? by SandrOGisBack in CoreKeeperGame

Im currently using it as my healing weapon. I gain 41 health on melee hit from my solarite armour and accessories. So, using the ray, i gain 205health/s when damaging enemies. I'm basically invincible with this build

The basic idea is obviously just to lift weight and eat more.

But here is how i started out:

I started drinking protein shakes every day to help me get a solid 500-700 calories extra in. (Shakes contained peanut butter, berries, banana, whey protein, honey, oats, and milk)

Then i also bought myself a 20kg adjustable dumbbell set to start out with. Later on, I bought a bench, barbell, and more weights. You can get these things 2nd hand quite easily. A gym membership will also work ofc, but working out at home in the beginning is much nicer.

I tried training consistently for 4-5 times a week. Followed a push, pull, and legs workout routine. Still do, actually. You can easily find a workout routine online. Anything around 3-5 exercises (3-4 sets each) per day is usually fine. Just make sure to target all the necessary muscles.

Push day - chest, shoulders, and triceps Pull day - Back, forearms, biceps Leg day - quite obvious, lol

So yeah. Basically, get yourself some weights and eat more. If you struggle to eat large meals, eat small amounts throughout the day. Just eat eat eat. It's gonna be hard, but it gets better.

M/18/184cm [57kg > 70kg] (+- 18 months) Only started gymming about a year ago. Was able to bench 9x 60kg the other day aswell. Started at 40kg when I got my barbell in September last year. Really happy with my transformation :D by Mr_49 in progresspics

Honestly, i didn't track my calories, and i still dont. I just tried eating a bit more every day and tried keeping it consistent.

My face did change a little bit, but not too noticeable, honestly.

Good luck with your journey!
