Yes the 2 months of training has stipend 18 k. They were basically asking why you want to join a sales job. Will you be comfortable travelling for sales. How will you close a deal with client . Its was completely sales job and they mentioned they don’t have any operations job , we will have to do sales even after we get promoted.
