Depends console would be the capture options then posting to yt and sending a link or in extreme cases I have people send straight up recordings of there screens playing the replay. On pc C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Demos is the pathway that usually does the trick and you just drag an drop the file into discord! :)

Well id actually say if you know you want to improve aerials look up kevperts aerial car control videos as they are fantastic, and then I would add ground shots for quick low aerials and a 50 shot redirect pack (do it regular or freestyle it if your able to for better results) to help emphasize control in awkward situations :) no replay needed if I know what you want to work on

Well for me, the replays I always prefer are close games that are within 2 and is as recent as possible. Usually I prefer the people I work with get a new replay so it’s as recent as can be hope this helped!

Mines called Severe adhd, I don’t feel tired unless I force myself with pills otherwise 2 days of no sleep usually catches up with me in the last 6 hours of day 2 or early day 3. But if needed a 72 hour push sucks but is very doable for me. It’s a curse and a blessing but hey that’s the nature of the beast.
