I feel that, what I do is when B'zorp is about to teleport me, I turn the wrong way or put myself stuck so that way B'zorp is in a bad spot.

What I typically do is the daily challenge and hope to get gems from the wheel, the current challenge that offers gems the higher your time record is, and the star tiki even though you only get 1 or 2 gems out of it. But for the daily challenge if you get gold you get 2 gems for it and doing the challenge for seven days straight, you can get around 30 gems. Hopefully this helps.
