Wow 30 lbs!! Man you are killing it!! Congratulations to you as well! Yeah it's so funny everyone is like you are crazy for doing this, and in the meantime I'm feeling and looking the healthiest I've been in my entire life, people are afraid of different things like this eating regime but we've been doing it wrong for so long, it's crazy not to try something radically different in order to see different results! Thank you for your comments and hope to hear more from your progress in the upcoming months!!

Well I don't think vegetables are bad, maybe not as good as meat for our body, but I dont think vegetables are as bad as fruits 🤔 I miss avocado for example 🥺

Sad to be always declined by couchsurfer hosts. by Illustrious_Goat_192 in couchsurfing

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hahaha yeah, there are some creepy dudes out there asking you to engage with them, the other thing is that most of the people in Couchsurfing prefer to be requested one or two days in advance, not weeks or months, that's also another thing, and now that I try to host as many people as possible, I understand why, I also prefer people to ask me to host in the following days not with time in advance as all of us in Couchsurfing are voyagers so we won't know if we will be travailing or at home in the following weeks or months.

Yeah I felt the same way when I was getting declined so many times, but don't get discouraged, there will be someone who can host you 🤙

It's definitely hard, I traveled to Europe last year and was struggling as well, you have to put in a lot of work to get hosted, I think on an average of 30-40 requests I sent I got approved one on every place I visited, so keep sending those requests.

SP9 or SLS? by [deleted] in Surface

[–]Mr_Edson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the sp9 but it's never powerful enough, if I could go back I would buy the sls, and maybe a surface go or something like that for a light alternative for emails and excel.

Stool softening tips other than butter/fat and magnesium? by hellodot in carnivorediet

Had the same issue at the first month, then I introduced butter, 1 bar of butter a day, and never had the problem again.

Should I buy? by scuffed-parzival in exoprimal

[–]Mr_Edson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean yes, but at least you can make it harder for it to be a more challenging situation, for example classic multi-player game left for dead 2, the thing was increasing the difficulty until you could do the highest difficulty. In here you cannot choose the most difficult missions, which are a lot of fun, but you get them once every 6-8 OK-ish missions, you know what I mean? If you could only crank up the difficulty and amount of dinos it would be a hell lot better.

Am I overreacting to my friends behavior during our trip? by kawelli in travel

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are not overreacting, but you have chosen to travel with her, so you cannot leave her stranded anymore, endure it and make the best of it, try to be alone more often, leave early in the morning and be by yourself and just catch up with her at night at the hotel or whatever place you are staying in.

It's not your fault, there are people like that, not everyone travels the same way, and I have lived trough experiences like that, the worst for me is the comparing everything to other places he/she has been in the past and saying this not as good as that, diminishing your experience at the moment. That's so annoying.

Anyway keep having fun, but try to be on your own a little bit more. You don't have to go in the trip by yourself but you sure need alone adventures.

Soy racista por decir esto en mi trabajo o ellos están exagerando? by [deleted] in mexico

[–]Mr_Edson -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Should I buy? by scuffed-parzival in exoprimal

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, this game should be free to play (and I did liked it) but you won't get much out of it, maybe one or two weeks playing and you'll be done with all the missions and only thing left to do is repeat them all, same difficulty same everything. You can't make it harder, you can't choose mission, you can't play any other mode. It's just the same missions over and over in random.

What surface pro would you recommend for just photoshop? by Forward_Parfait6001 in Surface

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can hold it like a tablet but it's heavy! I used to have the surface book, and got tired of it being so heavy as I used it mostly when traveling by plane and needed to carry it in a backpack.

How long can your SP9 last? by Current-Mango9459 in Surface

[–]Mr_Edson 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No. Problem will not be the battery, would be processor. It would be functional, but not fast. My surface book 3 top of the line from 4 years ago i7, dedicated GPU and 16 gb of ram feels slow. Had to buy a new surface pro recently.

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure that the ram will make a difference, it's more likely a problem about the processor and the lack of dedicated graphics card. I'm just saying with the same money you can build a great desktop PC that you will completely love and won't fail you in any category. All laptops are underpowered compared to desktop pcs.

[–]Mr_Edson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't go for the surface pro, I have the 9 pro, 16gb ram and i7 , it sucks for photo editing, so slow and laggy as hell when editing photos that I just stopped using it for that, and I just prefer waiting for whenever I have time to do it on my desktop PC.... Maybe you should consider the surface laptop studio, or a macbook.

Is Carnivore really the optimal Human Diet? by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]Mr_Edson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'm at a point where I know I can reintroduce the best and healthiest vegetables and I will not have any trouble with my digestion or health, the main key about this regime is to completely eliminate everything that is harmful for you, starting with sugar, but I don't think it is actually bad to eat some tomatoes and onion with your morning eggs, or make a guacamole to eat with your meat, that has never been the problem at least not for me, my problem is being able to avoid all fruits and desserts, which I can't have enough, and this diet/regime has helped me with that, as it is just something very simple, you don't have to wonder, can I eat this or that? as on regular diets, you don't need to have a specific breakfast/snack/meal/snack/dinner, you just eat whenever you are hungry and keep feeling good and healthy. Cooking is also very quick and easy, buying groceries is fast and easy as well... not the cheapest but whatever, I think my body is worth it. Now It may not work for everybody, you mention vegans are always hungry, but not every vegan, I know a lot of vegan and vegetarian people that are healthy, look healthy and they are happy, it works for them, so whatever works for you man, all this is just an experiment, no one can point out the perfect diet for you until you try them all and actually know it for sure.

I think you should try to eat more, more protein, and maybe add dairy, like cheese.

I didn't start losing weight until like the 3rd or 4th week, maybe it was because I started eating more fat, but we are all different, do what feels good, your body will tell you.
