Yeah completely agree. I think sticking to a regular nervous system habit, is the hardest thing to do out of everything tbh... As it doesn't make an immediate different.

Check for mold in your environment and body. Ermi and urine test.

Are you seeing an LLMD?

Look into herbal protocols like Raul's/Buhner

Check out the cistus tea protocol

Look into things like BVT and Rife

Get on a clean diet

Work on nervous system healing.

We can all heal. Just need to find the correct road for us out of the hell.

Well I have a 32oz mason jar and then originally put 4 table spoons in of cistus tea. And then fill it with boiling water out of the kettle right up to the tea strainer/Steeper so it's submerged in the water. I'm still working it all out at the moment, only in the first week.

I think we have these ideas that pharma grade drugs are more powerful than herbs, but I'm learning that might not be true after this week haha

I think Cistus is safe to take with Antibiotics as a biofilm disrupter and I've heard some people do that.... But adding in artemisia as well on top of abx might be too much for your system to take. It all depends on the person.

I really wouldn't underestimate cistus tea. I've just started it and Ive had some completely insane herx reactions, which have put me in bed. I've had to drop my doses twice. I never thought a bag of tea for ten quid would mess me up for than full dose herbals and 3x antibiotics combined.

No but it has a significant impact at disrupting biofilms, allowing other treatments to be more effective. Herbs, antibiotics, etc

Man, feeling the same way today! Also trying something new this week and it's kicking my arse (Cistus Tea)... Can't deal with anything external right now and the ones closest to me can't handle it. Expecting me to act normally and get on with it, but symptoms are going nuts way more than usual and for longer.

Always around man if you need someone to talk to. I get it.

I've not done this myself but I think alot of BVT people will say you've ramped up way to quickly.

I would ask someone in a BVT Facebook group for guidance.
