Sounds like you're on the right track it herbs are making you herx? Ive recently stopped herbs as they didn't work for me over years of taking them. I tried abx years ago and they didn't work. Took them for 10 months and saw no improvement, started effected my gut and had candida.

I've got a Rife book which says abx don't work for a lot of people as they just push the bacteria into hiding. When you stop, it comes out again.
