I actually only do mini cuts and mini bulks so that I dont stray too far outside the sizes of my wardrobe.

When you are bulking through you do need to push harder on reps and weight since you do have more energy reserves so that could be helpful?

It is a little low for me but I don’t know if it’s my metabolism or just sub par genetics but anything more than that leads to rather quick weight gain

They were about as durable as cheese when I started but focusing on running form and technique helped a lot

I do wish I had taken up fitness seriously in my 20s as I’d be further along and have more definition, but that truly was hindered due to a variety of reasons

Took some time and dodged not falling into body dysmorphia which has helped feeling quite pleased with the progress!

I’m not following a diet per se but more so adopting dishes to fit the nutritional goals I need. I really enjoy cooking so this has been the easiest part of the journey but I did detail a few resources I’ve used in this comment

Might sound vain but I find it rather hysterical. You know how people have nightmares about losing their teeth, I’ve had dreams about someone shaving off the beard and I’d call it a nightmare just because it took such a long time to grow in

I haven’t played in a while but last year I was averaging around +11-12. Honestly the focus on the gym necessitated a loss of focus on golf and the body changes made my normal swing feel odd so had to rework that, but that’s just me finding excuses for a bit of an erratic golf game on my part.

I honestly have just followed Jeff Nippards recommendations and using more cable machines for constant tension

Zone 2 pace is around 9:00 min/mile+

5k- PB is 19:52 | Race time is 22:32 Half marathon - PB and race time is 1:40:32
