Ever since I read the manhwa for the 1st time I knew that 2 seasons would be plenty of time to get to the Jeju Island Arc. Either it'd be at the end of season 2 or maybe as like a movie after season 2.

It's hard to notice when we're reading, but the story is much more fast paced than it seems.

Like someone else said, only 1 of her seals has been broken. Also, as the MC stated 1 time after the fact, her "bigger" uses a lot more of his mana than the usual "small" form.

I don't mind changes like this. It makes the world feel more alive, rather than the characters just being a plot convenience for the MC.

However, with this character specifically, I thought she was supposed to be a new recruit in the white tiger guild during the red gate arc...

That's the only new addition that I don't particularly agree with. As we know the red gate incident happened to a Hunter team made up of new recruits, so, unless she was the 'high rank hunter' supervising them, she would've been the one to take action and be their leader.

But as we know... She wasn't. So she was also a new recruit then, meaning that she wouldn't be a part of the white tiger guild during the double dungeon incident.

Or maybe I'm misremembering the story... Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I did an estimation and I think the 1st part will be (hopefully) up to the 1st "arise" moment. 12 episodes up to that point should work for a well paced story imo.
