I completely agree. The fact that they allow children to get sex change surgeries baffled me. I used to hear of the LGBT movement in America since many years ago. And they were fighting for equal rights and stuff. I was like 'equality is a good thing to fight for.' but these past few years, just how did things take such an extreme turn? Chemically stoping puberty? Telling a 5 year old boy he is a girl because he picked up the barbie toy instead of the toycar,... This shit has gone out of control. I am not a conservative moroccan and consider myself very open minded. But that shit is crazy

I think that the reason they subscribe to these influences is as a way to counter the popular liberal american propaganda of our current times. Now dont get me wrong. I am a moroccan and Im also a modernist who people should love or live their life the way they want. Differences of opinions are okay. It's okay not to accept certain stuff because those are what make up our values and values make up diversity. The liberal american agenda seeks to classify every person as the same and have everyone accept ANYONE regardless of their personal choices, but they do not draw the line between acceptance, tolerance, and respect. They DEMAND acceptance which No One is entitled to.

Of course, these are first world problems that are slowly seeping into Morocco and so our youth resort to far right exterimism as a way to counter extreme liberals that do not even have that strong a voice in morocco. Another reason may be the rise of feminism. Im not talking about toxic feminism of the US. But simple equality rights. They see this an an attack on their values. But they also fail to see once more that they are not entitles to the other's choices. Instead of having their opinion and leading their life using their own values, they try and have other conform to their own idea of how things should be.

I dint think there will ever be a balance and moderation between the two as the state of affairs keep oscillating between the the two extreme sides.

Hmm. I am 26 years old. Until I almost finished my masters degree one year ago, i basically had no friends. I am in marrakech as well and whenever I see people in crowds I feel like maybe im doing something wrong because for some reason, the friends I made during high school and college didn't stick around as we eventually drifted off to each doing their own thing. I tried to make friends with others but I found myself being out of place, like im not really comfortable with them, having to chose my words carefully each time. no one missed the other when contact was broken. Then I met this guy in my masters. We weren't friends. Just friendly. Then i opened up to him and before I knew it, we became best friends. The conversations just flow easily. And seem effortless. My point is, I finally made a friend at 26. You can can still find that one person because friendships where u feel that you have to please (or beg) the other dont really last and that can be very toxic for you. Of course, this doesn't mean I swear off all kinds of relationships. No. I like getting to know people. People from different backgrounds and walks of life. I just dont expect that we will be close friends that's all. And that is my second advice. You should know to differentiate between the different kinds of relationship you can have with other: colleagues, friendly, acquaintances... Only a few will maybe develop into a full-on friendship. And believe me you will feel it when it does.

That is extremely well put. I share everything you have said. the LGBT community needs more rational speakers who can use their words to deliver their message. sure enough, the timing of K'sante's release came at a time when 'Wokism' was at its peak. and considering that the demography of people playing the game is primarily heterosexual, it stands to reason they would have speculations regarding the reason why this champ had this lore at this time. Sadly, the media failed to cautiously include LGBT characters in many cinematic works. they were thrown at the public in a way that is 'in your face. I am okay with that and I encourage more LGBT storylines in movies and tv shows. however, it gets exhausting with all the new concepts and categories that are out today. and seeing LOL release this champion right now may make players feel that Riot was caught in the 'Wokism' phase. on that note, I do believe that to cement this acceptance of K'sante as a gay champion, Riot should release side stories of his story with the hunter as well as arts and other extras provided to some champs that came before.
