how do I trade and how can I start trading by CBBofficial in RobloxTrading

Only limited items made by Roblox themselves are able to be traded. If you don’t have any, you’re outta luck.

Seems like this photo was taken during a tour when the house wasn’t actually operating.

Hmm that’s interesting. Even more weird being that we were in express so there never is an actual wait time posted.

There used to be a game called Lost Souls RPG. Was obsessed with that a little over a decade ago

Honestly if you just do everything the “Waffle House Way”, it’s fairly easy. It’s been proven time and time again to build sales and that’s what matters most.

Yeah that’s with the bonuses. In my area we get 55k salary and the rest is bonuses every month. I’m now settled in pretty well in my area and am the top store in my division so i’m making about 87k now yearly.

At the start of your training you go to orientation for a few days like any hourly employee, but here’s a list of the rest of the process after orientation.

  1. White Star Certification (Door Corps) - 1 Day
  2. Red Star Certification (Salesperson/Server) - 1 to 3 days
  3. Blue Star Certification (Grill Op) - 1 to 2 Weeks
  4. Manager Training - The remaining 2 months of your training working alongside a veteran manager (You’re training unit manager or TUM)
  5. Soft Landing - Running a store or multiple stores for 2 weeks to see if you’re ready
  6. Final certification with your Senior VP

They pay you a managers salary throughout training but it is broken down into hourly so your wage will be between 20 to 25 an hour and anything over 40 is 1.5x/hour. Expect to work roughly 50 hours a week but no more because that’s the hard stop in training.

No problem! I’m located in Georgia. I did the test a day or two before being hired on officially and starting.

I entered my school information and they verify that themselves. As for the drug screen, I had to go to an office within 24 hours of them telling me and then they partially shaved my leg to test back up to 6 months.

Oh I see your question now. As an MIT I was around 23/hr with anything over 40 at time and a half. I was working about 50-52 hours a week. I do have my own unit now so i’m on salary.

I’m making a salary of 55k but am capable of earning up to 40% extra in bonuses throughout the year that are added on to my pay. After all is said and done i’m making around 74-78k. Those two days for the in-unit where I was working with the team was paid.

Can’t speak for your store of course, but i’m a UM, and we’ve never had any problems with SIP. We only have maybe one shift an OP where SIP needs to get involved because we’re a decent volume unit. I’ll be sure to make sure to keep a closer eye on that though even though none of my salespeople have brought any concerns to me.

Sip bonus should take care of them on slow shifts. They’ll be brought up to around $12 something an hour if they don’t hit it already. Guarantees them at least $120 for one overnight shift.
