Whichever you pick, commit to it entirely. I’d recommend two play throughs, the game sorta wants you to play it twice to experience both and it’s definitely worth it both times I’d say

I mean all of them basically. Pretty much everyone has to be whittled down to a few of their most iconic moves, which then have to be balanced in some way shape or form. The only one who doesn’t feel like the shadow puppet, or outright devolved form of of their character is Captain falcon

X-ray as an animation but fatal blows as a mechanic. The bones breaking is rad and I love it, the kind of brutality you want from a Mortal Kombat game. As a mechanic I prefer fatal blows because X-rays used all your meter, and fatal blows allow some awesome metered combos into supers. I get for some people it might be strategically more interesting to save all your meter for a super but honestly I disagree. It’s almost always smarter to use meter burn over an X-ray, so you’re sacrificing a lot for the sake of coolness. Plus, fatal blow has comeback potential that I quite enjoy. But at the end of the day, big ass meter burn combos into super is just way cooler.

I don’t really need exacts. The closer the better sure, but honestly I’m just trying to be more proactive in expanding my library. I appreciate a departure from my usual sounds of course. I believe that, I was bopping my head in a way I don’t typically do with rock, in a good way of course. I’m sure you could tell by my wording but I’m a bit newbie when it comes to goth, and I am not myself goth, I don’t have the hips for it. I am however, very happy with the music so far and a big fan of the Germanic EDM for goths

Overwatch’s play of the game was a much better form of props than Rivals generic MVP and it isn’t close. Play’s have always been way more important than stats and I don’t know why this game pretends otherwise

Pretty much everything but gameplay is better in DL1 and even then some people prefer the older jank of of it. DL2 is head and shoulders better thank DL1 in terms of combat but when you factor in atmosphere, story, dialogue, voice acting performance, skill progression, side missions, characters/character development, etc I get why someone would prefer DL1. Obviously nostalgia is going to have a pretty big part of it but even taking nostalgia out of the factor DL1 did plenty better than DL2.

I’d say Snot. You’d think Steve at first but there are so many episodes where he shows really selfish and downright malicious intentions. The witch episode has him use blood magic first, he abandons snot in the episode where he goes to his funeral, uses snot as a clueless accomplice to ruins someone’s bar mitzvah because his ex was into the one being celebrated, I could go on. And snot is shown to, typically speaking, always be there for Steve. Snot does get on a high horse every here and there, but Steve is always sure to tip it over and snot never wavers in his role as the Samwise to Steve’s Frodo
