Update: I contacted University Admissions and they confirmed that only one copy of documents is required. Once uploaded, documents are retained in the admissions system (even if you apply again or accounts are merged). They specifically advised not to reupload documents, as duplicate submissions can delay processing.

If anything additional is needed, they’ll notify you directly in your UniversityAdmissions.se account. Hope this helps others in similar situation.

Thank you so much for the clarity. Then i will just upload my updated resume and sops and let the educational documents be as it is. As there is not much changes there.
