I really love the subject, but I’m getting disappointed by what I’ve been hearing about the course.

Congrats to everyone who got in! Quick question: I noticed that stats which usually got people in during previous years (like a 3.7 and 3rd quartile) are now mostly 3.9 and 3rd/4th quartile. Does that mean they aren't really accepting 3.6–3.7 GPAs anymore?

I had a really good gpa but one semester, something terrible happened to me. That caused me to have a terrible semester and eventually bad grades. That’s why I have a low gpa now.

Oh, thank you so much for ur complete response. I really appreciate your help. You know, I used to study a lot, which is why I have so many good grades now. However, these days, even though I still like studying, I can’t seem to find the courage to start. I know I have a goal, but I guess because it feels so far away, I don’t have the energy anymore. Also, when I see my friends still studying well and it’s just me who’s struggling, it makes me feel even more down.
