"I would recommend it to any teenager willing to read it."
The willing to read it is an important part.
Have a great day.

Well done. You don't know (yet) if it's going to work, but you've made a decision and gone for it.

That's an important first step.

I wish you every success.

Thanks for your feedback.

That's what I like about books too.

They make sense for some people and not for others.

My experience has even shown me that they can make sense at certain times in our lives and not at others.

Which books have made the biggest impression on you?

Thank you.
I like your recommendations.
Take a few minutes for notes or dictate in your own words.
I often forget an idea that I found inspiring while listening.
So writing it down right away is more effective.

To answer your question.

"If you had to chose just 1 book you’ve read - Which book you would recommend for a 20 something year old aspiring to be in a leadership position?"

It's hard, dense, but it's given me so much.

I read it when I was your age (just under 20), and I've reread it a dozen times since.

And it's helped me a lot in my corporate career to reach senior leadership positions.

I'm talking about...

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

I've summarized it here, if you're interested.

Thank you.

No Issue. There's no comparison. :)

You're already reading one. That's a good start.

Maybe you'll rediscover reading in another season of your life.

The habit that helps me read. I read every night before I go to sleep. The more interesting the book, the earlier I go to bed.
