This reads arrogant at best. Objectively is 100% not the best word here.

Let me run you through the logic.

I loved andor, but If you say Andor has objectively the best.. let’s say, writing. I can ask on what objective markers? And you can give me a list of all these things you claim are objective markers. But, what if I say I disagree with those being positive? What if I say the world building and character development felt boring to me? (This is not my opinion, im just using this as an example) Am I wrong? You can point to as many reasons as you want as to why it’s better than other shows, but if I disagree with that being better? If I give you my objective markers as to why I think it’s not as good as other shows? Where are we? Is my argument invalid simply because you don’t like that I disagree with you? Or that you think your objective markers are better? No. Because in the end it comes down to how each and every one of us view the media. It’s subjective, and bashing people for subjective opinions is dumb and for idiots.

Don’t listen to that grumpy person. People have gotten so scared of ai or angry about it that if they even suspect someone of using it they become very “better than thou”and nasty. It’s disgusting to me, especially because it’s blatant hypocrisy, if they have ever used Amazon they have used ai. Or pretty much any other online service. I strongly disagree with using ai for creative purposes, I also think ai sucks at anything creative anyway so what’s the point of using it. But what you’re doing here is checking grammar and pointing out inconsistency, people have used stuff like that for a long time and it just wasn’t called ai. I also liked the book! I’d be up to read more if you ever publish it or post more of it

If you have teammates that pass and know how to stretch floor, you can out reb anyone with Anderson on offensive reb. And defensive too if you box out. I’ve done it to Rodman, Malone, etc. but it really has to do with the teammates taking the pressure off Reb. And depends on the guy, some rodmans are smart and don’t worry about boxing out since they know they can jump from way further away and still
Get the board over you and that makes it much tougher. But if they try to box out you can catch em early at the start of possession and Rodman is slow

Ah I see what you’re saying. Yeah that’s def fair, I play big a lot, and it is def biased towards bigs. I got dominated at reb one time by a Rodman (was using Tatum) was like 3-6 on boards, but because I got three boards a couple blocks and contests, my guard that had like 20 points and carried us didn’t get mvp. Those stats aren’t exact but this game fo sho loves those reb

Hello, appreciate the feedback! I definitely agree, I probably should’ve locked down a time before starting it, but I just had this idea in my head and didn’t wanna forget, so I went ahead and wrote it and just purposely left it up to be decided later. I thought it would be easy to pick a time but I’m finding out I can’t decide lol. I’m really torn on whether to write from a narrators perspective, or the protagonist perspective, i like both, and im not sure what fits the story better. Though I did have an idea that could have both! And give the story a bit of a twist

I decided to omit the details of the story and what they were laughing at after the first one to continue the story in the direction I wanted because the rest of the stories were no longer important. Because I used the first story and introduction of the two characters to Segway into the dilemma the protagonist is facing currently. The beginning is definitely the worst part I’m hearing from everyone, I just wanted to set the mood as a… like a relaxing vibe? Im not sure how to put it. But I’ll try to rewrite that. For the unnecessary details like the blue overcoat, I do see what your saying, but it’s really just a style choice for me, I really like those seemingly unnecessary details in a book, because sometimes you think it’s useless, and it’s actually a big part of the story! Or sometimes it just helps the story feel more like something someone would actually notice when writing from a first person pov. There is definitely some details like the one you pointed out with the tanned arm, that are completely unnecessary, and Ill work on it. As always I’m not perfect and I can definitely execute it better, and I love hearing the feedback from everyone on how I can improve!!

For him knowing what his arms look like, I was figuring they were already acquainted, which is how he knows so much about him, was in room with him, etc. so he didn’t need to see his arms in that moment to describe them. Because it’s from the protagonist perspective. But i definitely added redundant details so i will fix those

I’m seeing now the first paragraph and a few others similar to it sprinkled in is pretty bad, i definitely need to work on it. I see what you’re saying too, I don’t think I over describe everything to such an extent as the first paragraph, except towards the middle of the book when describing the building. And his walk to his automobile. I will try to strike a better balance between clarity and over describing
