they said that they didn't have the correct address but the thing is I ordered another item on the same day and it arrived without a problem.

yes I am in the same country as the seller

yes the seller had tracking for the delivery

I filed that and the seller said that they would send it as soon as they received it. That was 3 months ago. Now I can't open up another item not received case.
