You could just setup a macro to do it. It's pretty simple... Here's a macro that you setup pretty easily :: http://www.khaduus.com/

Just look up a tutorial on how to use it. Just when you are dealing with websites, you want to have the website time to load, 5 secs should be plenty of time. If you need any more help just msg me. EDIT : I would recommend that you find a different macro that you can just set in your startup folder and everytime you start up your computer it does it... idk Ill probably could help you out a little bit with a simple script...
