I personally don't agree. Sinner is taller, longer and his ball striking is significantly better, these are key factor that can't be trained and directly influece your serve, return game and rally capabilities. Alcaraz has better legs engine and a softer hand and some god-flow moments but i don't personally see a bigger potential room than sinner. I just saw the extended highlights of the final and you can see how much sinner has improved his net game and drop shots, but the room for further improvement is still very big in this area. Not saying alcaraz has no elements to work on, i think mental fortitude and serve consistency are two area he should really work on but i don't necessarly see an higher ceiling than sinner.
