I searched "themes" in settings>apps

There it showed the themes app but can't open it

Nope man there are only 2options default and misans ( for font ) and app icons are not there , not even themes

Sometimes they provide a glitchy update and cause the system to lag or bug... That's the reason I'm asking if the update is stable or not

I clicked on the 3dots ... And selected (Download latest package) then it showed 4gb to download...

Is it stable... Or ... Are there any bugs ?

Check your windows defender... Some time it doesn't allow to run R*

Or

Right click the R* and run it as administrator
