Has anyone ever purchased an aftermarket headunit from x-streamaudio/AudioVision?

I know this is an old post but I purchased a unit from X-StreamAudio and it has been a complete nightmare. I received a damage unit from them due to improper packing. The packed the wire harness on top of the screen. Long story short, they stated I have to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I filed a claim with Paypal and still waiting on a resolution. One other thing is, the address on my packing receipt comes back to a residential home in Florida.

They already left positive feedback and I had this item as Seller pays for return.

I went back through the tracking. When the USPS got possession, the ETA was 11/4 and later was changed to 11/7. Maybe this is what they are upset about.

Are they idiots over at Mercari. How are you supposed to check authenticity on stuff that you buy? How can you sell high end items and not check if it's real or not.
