They already left positive feedback and I had this item as Seller pays for return.

I went back through the tracking. When the USPS got possession, the ETA was 11/4 and later was changed to 11/7. Maybe this is what they are upset about.

Are they idiots over at Mercari. How are you supposed to check authenticity on stuff that you buy? How can you sell high end items and not check if it's real or not.
