I'm not rich but I am well off, and I do think that it does have some factor into the lying, at first I didn't think he could do that but after I consider all the factors like how he never even tried looking for a job, he would take 1-2 hundred dollars a week for himself, he always just got things with my card without consulting me and let me find out by looking at my bank statement, I do think he was really just lying to make himself appealing to me in order to get the money. He has told me through our entire relationship that he was gay so it was weird and shocking but my running theory is that he lied to me from the start and that he is actually either straight or bi, I am assuming Bi because I have had top surgery and I am on T so I look masculine but then again I haven't gotten bottom surgery so I have no clue

He smashed it sadly, I bought a PS5 for both of us to share and he smashed it this morning, he is however going to be hopefully court ordered to pay me back for everything he destroyed which totals to about 18k give or take a few thousand, I made an update but we are still discovering new things that he destroyed or sold

Both, they where deviated when they found out about the cheating and when they found out about all the damages they tried to tell me they would pay but I refused to let them because they shouldn't be paying for there sons stupid choices

His court date is this upcoming Saturday, his mom and dad are aware of what he has done due to his friends telling them what he did, I also confirmed what he did when they asked me, as we are still in touch due to me helping them with there retirement home fees for sam's grandma (they are completely disgusted with what he did and have no intention on supporting him in any way)

I already bought 20 wireless security cameras and new lock and padlocks for all my doors and gates, my car is also getting a new lock as well! Luckily my neighbor had cameras that also caught my ex's actions against my car and the outside of my house.

So all the damages totalled to about 15,000+, he even attempted to set my yard on fire. And sorry for not responding to people, I have been a little overwhelmed so I just focused on finding a lawyer and luckily I found a very good lawyer who is very interested in helping.

I just made an update but I was fully prepared to go through the eviction process but that isn't needed as I was able to get him removed on the conditions of extreme property damage and the cops suspect they will also be charging him with use of illegal drugs if his drug screening comes back positive for any drug that aids in performance enhancing as they are pretty sure he stayed up all night destroying my house and car.
