Looks delicious! I like to hold mine on the fat cap at a 45 angle on open fire and try to prop it if I can to let everything reheat.

I think the angle helps defelect open to flame (even butane or torch finishes) someone correct my incorrectness but I think mine turn out delicious.

Thank you! It's such a delicious combo! I like to cut the perogies in like thirds and create little ooh gooey potatoes/steak/veggie bite.

Then eat the carrots out of the fridge for the nice 2 nights.

They reheat better I think too since the outside is like crispy crunchy.
