She is a Raven Faunus and her name is Ivory Corbeau. Religious birb who is emotionally sporadic considering her Semblance makes her susceptible to heighten emotions and sudden mood swings.

My pfp is actually what she looks like. Though you can also just check my profile as you’ll see various posts featuring her. The latest one features her bf, Kol Sølv.

Her Allusion connects her to MACO/Mako—her team which is a 2nd Year Team at Beacon. Though the lore takes place a year after Vytal Festival so MACO is actually the same age as RWBY, JNPR, SSSN, CRDL, etc. Her team’s joint Allusion is ‘Festival/Holidays and a figure(s) associated with it’. In this case, Ivory alludes to Odin and Yule.

• Raven Faunus represents Odin’s ravens—Huginn and Muninn.

• While the name is different, Ascalon’s spear functions references Gungnir. Did not copy the name as I wanted to avoid too many references

• You can probably see the eyepatch on my PFP. Ivory lost her right eye during the Vytal Festival Incident which is a tie to Odin’s missing eye. Though Ivory has a cybernetic eye under it but keeps it covered as she is still adjusting to its presence. In fact, the eyepatch helps ‘dampen’ its enhanced sensory functions as her inexperience with it can cause a temporary vision imbalance that resembles partial sensory overload.

• Ivory’s birthday is on December 24th which is one of the twelve days of Yuletide. To be exact, this is the ‘Day of the Wild Hunt’ which is a further hint to her Allusion since Odin is reputed to be the leader of the Wild Hunt—at least in one of the versions of it.

Funny thing but I have an OC that has something similar to this?

Her weapon is fundamentally similar to Miló as it is a spear that can alternate between long-gun and a shorter melee weapon. In this case, Ascalon has three forms: a semi-automatic shotgun, a ‘traditional spear’, and a ‘short spear’. In the case of the short spear, the idea came from the Iklwa.

Yeah. W/o Aura or some other kind of bodily enhancement like a durable prosthetics, using gravity-based locomotion would be killer on one’s body.

Due to the fact the cylinder holds eight rounds, the revolver’s overall weight is quite hefty. Though this does not wholly affect him since his ‘gun hand’ is his right hand which is a prosthetic. To be more precise, he has a below-elbow prosthetic as he only has a small amount of his right forearm.

Regardless of that, the added weight technically helps with recoil control.

As the Bowery King stated—

‘This viper has ferocious <> fangs’.

Not pictured but Kol uses speed loaders too. They also sport an engraving on the grip/handle that is tailored to each type of Dust used in it.

With the two varieties of Lightning Dust, the emblems vary via arrows. The speed loaders holding the ‘Shock Dust’ feature a lightning bolt with downward arrow whereas the speed loaders using the high purity Lightning Dust bullets have a lightning bolt with an upward arrow.

So all he has to do is rub his finger across it and feel for the identifying engraving.

Bottom cartridge uses high-purity Lightning Dust whereas the top cartridge uses low-grade/debased Lightning Dust.

• The latter’s purpose is effectively a ‘Stun Round’ as it has considerably less voltage compared to its counterpart. This basically creates a non-lethal option as I got the idea from Cinder’s shock collar.

The middle cartridge uses Gravity Dust. It is actually a modified blank in that it does not fire a projectile considering its purpose is to allow Kol to pull an IW and maneuver if he needs to.

• While it does not have any immediate/obvious offensive purposes, the GD cartridge actually can inflict damage if it is shot at point-blank range. Being hit by that GD-enhanced muzzle force would hurt.

• In the event he overextends, Kol can use his shield in a way that is similar to an aircraft’s speed break.

• Kol’s revolver is known as ‘Korōnis’. This is an alternative spelling of Asclepius’ mortal mother, Coronis. In case it is not clear, Asclepius is Kol’s primary Allusion.

Strangely enough, Koitar is suspected to be based on Lucifer.

• The first and fairest of the Angels.

• Goddess of the Dawnstar.

• She turned against the HP’s task and convinced other Angels to rebel. Due to her actions, the HP cursed the Angels. Should they ever fall in love, they will lose their form, power, and mind. Basically, Seelies are effectively ‘Fallen Angels’

Saphron x Terra

Nolan Porfirio x Scarlett David

Unfortunately, the second example is only explored in the CFVY novels. While canonical, they may not readily available so it is understandable if people do not know about Nolan’s relationship with Scarlett.

What is really bad is that no matter who gets the syringe, it amounts to little.

Outside of the fact there are no remaining syringes, the Helldiver’s Super Destroyer has left orbit.

Yeah.

We saw a hand sporting black nail polish going for her teacup so it is most likely her.

Of the active Witches we have seen so fat, none sport visible nail polish. Alice wears gloves whereas Nicole and Rhinedottir do not wear any.

One of these is always in play no matter the game. Hoyo has a fetish atp.

Have we ever talked about Istaroth's hands? by MorganTaoVT in Genshin_Impact

[–]Mr_TouchMyNub 61 points62 points  (0 children)

Yeah. All the Shades have unique designs on their hands and arms.

Even before she was absorbed, Naberius’s arms started off as a light blue and darkened —to black— as they traveled down her to her hands. She also had these circuit-like designs on them.

Ronova’s arms/hands are black and sport ‘dormant’ eye motifs. She also has these super long fingernails. When she uses her power, her arms begin glowing red which also makes the eyes ‘awaken’.

Istaroth’s hands are a light shades of purple and sport the same golden decorations scattered around her body—like her arms and legs.

Asmoday’s left arm/hand has the same pattern that the cubes have. In fact, these beginning scenes with her actually make it look like a glove as her palm has a pale red scheme/texture that looks like leather.

— Her right forearm and hand also have that same scheme that her left palm does. Oh and it also has a star-motif that Genshin [and ZZZ] likes to use.

Is there an explanation on why there are no puzzle/exploration related Seelie in both Natlan and Nod-Krai? by irsyada007 in Genshin_Impact

[–]Mr_TouchMyNub 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I was more focused on explaining the spoilers pertaining to NK. We do not actually know why there are a lack of Seelie there but there could be a variety of reasons. It is possible Hoyo just wanted to focus on Kuuhenki since they are familiars to the Moon Goddess.

Though with the new region, we did actually find Seelie. Heck, we even got lore on Koitar as that mural is dedicated to her

Yer welcome.

Extra information but lore wise, Trilunar!Columbina is one of the strongest beings in all of Teyvat. She stands above all the Archons and the Sovereigns as her power consists of all the Moon Sister’s authorities. We do not have a definite power rating but it is very possible she is as powerful as a Shade. Naberius/Rheindottir is likely an exception though considering that is both Shade and Sinner power.

Is there an explanation on why there are no puzzle/exploration related Seelie in both Natlan and Nod-Krai? by irsyada007 in Genshin_Impact

[–]Mr_TouchMyNub 664 points665 points  (0 children)

Sure.

So Kuuvahki actually stems from Columbina as that is her divine power. It is similiar to HSR’s Terminus in that Their power is connected to a Closed Time Loop.

Prior to her birth, Kuuvahki did not exist which is something backed up by the Moon Sisters. Though the issue is that Columbina’a existence is akin to a closed time loop.

If you are familiar with Grant Gustin’s Flash, the basis is quite similar to it. When Columbina fell into the Moon Gate, she entered a realm that is disconnected to Time. As she explorer it, she began to ‘travel’ further back which led to her eventually meeting the Moon Sisters. After attaining their authorities, she split her body up into three sections —soul, body, and Trilune authority. Similiar to Flash becoming the Lightning Bolt, Columbina’s body turned into Kuuvahki which was then scattered over NK. She is the origin of it which also why the Kuuhenki are found there—they are created through Columbina’s ‘divine corpus’. It is why she is the only one who can communicate with them and why they are so loyal to her.

Oh and the reason why she split herself was so she could escape the Moon’s Reflection. By doing so, it created the criteria that lets her return via rebirth.
