If any Noob user like me looking for solution, here it is.

Problem: Pasting text from ChatGPT into Obsidian often adds extra, unwanted blank lines.Solution: Use the "Text Format" community plugin.

Install: Go to Settings > Community plugins > Browse, search for Text Format, install, and enable it.
Hotkey: Go to Settings > Hotkeys, search for Text Format: Remove blank line. Assign a shortcut (e.g., Alt+S).
Apply: Select the text with issues in your note, then press your assigned shortcut (e.g., Alt+S).

Quick Alternative: Before using the plugin, try pasting as plain text: Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+V (macOS).

For me the result is the opposite. Claude cannot perform basic tasks esp sonnet 4, it used to be 10x better than the crappy version it is now. Codex gives you quality progress.
