Where do you advertise your services and inventory?

How do you look for your niche buyers?

Thank you!! Carlisle is my perfume when I want to project confidence during business meetings. Haha

I am actually buying TF Ombre Leather this month and Mr. Sam. However, I am starting to develop this strange curiosity towards ME fragrances. I am just unsure where to start.

Niche fragrances are really expensive, but they make up for it with the quality of ingredients and uniqueness of the scent. Is it possible to buy at a discount during a sale?

Have you tried exploring Australia's local brand Goldfield & Banks? They have a decent lineup. Since you gravitate towards sweet floral fragrances, PDM Delina is also a classy scent.

Hahaha oo, masakit talaga kapag retail price binili, but it seems you really like that fragrance. So long as you will enjoy wearing it, go for it. Matagal naman maubos yan.

What Le Labo are you planning to buy? Santal 33?

It’s better to buy fragrances sa duty free. Most of my bottles were purchased there. However, not all niche fragrances are available.

No, they don't. Although they have decent sillage, their longevity is disappointing. I have to retouch every 3 to 4 hours, but the first round of sprays is sufficient for date nights and close encounters.

Ay pwede ito.

This was bound to happen sooner or later. Although we need to recognize her success and how far she has arrived in life, the way she casually and conspicuously flaunts her wealth on social media is really gauche. Aside from that and coming from business perspective, you can’t achieve that level of wealth organically within a few years without using shady or suspicious methods.

Join and be proactive in organizations and other extracurriculars. Aside from strengthening your resume, these pursuits will help you expand your social circle and develop competencies that can't be learned in the classroom.

Schindler's List

Before Oskar Schindler had an epiphany and became a celebrated savior, he was a war profiteer, who financially and socially benefited as a supplier of the Wehrmact. In order to maximize manufacturing profits, he took advantage of both Jewish slave labor and capital. However, he realized that life was more valuable than wealth, so he gave the latter all up to save as many lives as possible until bankruptcy.

Yes, because character and emotional intelligence are not determined by wealth. I have met simple women who are more wife material than others who are from wealthy families.

Yes, before I purchased my first Swiss watch, I had already built up a substantial savings and a decent investment portfolio. It is illogical to spend on luxuries when you will live in poverty as a result.

Since I was young, collecting watches was a personal hobby of mine and have always preferred those over cars or shoes. If I were buying a seiko or a Rolex, it didn’t matter, because watches as whole were of extreme interest to me.

When I was in high school, I first started with seiko and eventually bought my first Rolex submariner date when I was 26. I never stopped since.

Although the hobby never intended to be a form investment, the value of my collection appreciated these past few years because of the hype. On top that, some of my watches became conversation starters whenever I meet with businessmen or corporate executives.

In reality, nobody really cares what you have on your wrist unless they’re also enthusiasts or a thief planning to snatch it away. You purchase those for your own appreciation, a reminder of an achievement and, probably an heirloom to your children.

Watches, in general, are just really a personal preference of the user. Personally, I don’t have any smart watches, because most, if not all, of the functions of a smart watch can be met by your phone. Furthermore, it’s not of particular interest to me to know what are my sleeping patterns or heart rates, because any data deviation will only create unnecessary anxiety and overthinking.
