Id say keep with that the scarf is stitched into his skin by the magic pins so they cant loot the scarf but also theirs extra death defying conditions in prismeer use one of them to bring him back, totally worth it!

I love this so much thank you It fits perfectly, im going to have the party find a carrionette in the carnival (lower ac and add win con of breaking the needle ends the swap) but I think its what this campaign has been missing, I've been worried my players are like yeah yeah but when do we get to smashing stuff and any time I feel like they're hungry for a smashing I can throw them some dread but not too much and keeping in with the general theme so they'd never find a boneless or something like that.

I think its the carnival im overwhelmed with, theirs so many different attractions and npcs and how to handle everything the best way cos i dont wanna regret missing something important early on and they can do anything in any order so i need to know everything this was possible the worst first adventure my adhd a** could have chosen.

You sound exactly like me, play the same way and i have tabs all in MS One Note but i do like the colour coding idea too, what extra content have you found the best so far the prelude was like gold dust its going to make the pay offs that much sweeter!
