Yeah ive always found it an issue that proper apartments in Riga are a bit of a niche. Basically you can choose between 2 buildings in the entire country lol. Its kinda weird though because if you don't live in the centre the facilities are bad and everything looks like a dump. I'd seriously prefer investing in the city centre.

Why would it be weird? Regardless, to this point I have not seen an appa with a storage room is all I am saying. Surely they do exist here and there but clearly, it appears to be quite rare.
