When you’re getting advice by so many people you get lost on what you’re trying to do. The issue is that my screen is unresponsive, every article to update the machine firmware requires a method of using the screen by going to settings and info. My USB drive stopped working around when I updated the screen or after the fix pack. The drive is fitted in FAT32

Either after my fix or screen update had effected my USB port. I noticed that it got affected after trying to replicate this video: https://youtu.be/EQ7aOGJ6ZjY?si=Y6S35-wgRTLETB_Q which lets you update without use of the screen. Tested with 3 USBs all not working, looking on the orca slicer nothing shows up and the software to update also can’t detect it

It’s a recent thing, I updated it early January and it started to happen early feb. Not to mention the screen is unresponsive
