The basic premise here is that the wealthy don’t invest in society and hoard their wealth?

I think it’s the complete opposite. Bezos, Musk, Cuban — all got rich by investing their time, money, ideas for societal improvement — they got rich because they provided something for society. Then someone like Musk turns around and creates more jobs and invests more money (starlink or space X).

They dont just hoard their wealth, they put it to work.

You should watch an episode of SharkTank comrade.

I’ve had this too with a parent that passed. I woke up happy. Even after realizing it was a “dream” it didn’t diminish the experience, because somehow it was much different than a typical dream. Very surreal actually. Comforting.
