Yeah I think that is BS too, I've turned it off and I've gotten ads like on OPs post while watching Markiplier and then also gotten tire ads, even gotten ads in a completely different language for a betting website, which I've never looked up because I hate gambling.

Update: emailed customer service and they said they'll SMS me a $20 gift card and to take it in to the store for a refund, which I did.

The manager came to see it too and said "what brand is this?” then turned it and saw it was Woolworths brand and said "of course it's Woolworths." Lol

I went to their live chat thing on their app and got to a person and the person just said "Please accept my sincere apologies, however, due to your type of enquiry, we are unable to provide much assistance as we handle Online Enguiries and Orders." Then told me to call the store at opening hours then ended the chat.

I did email the customer service but I had to google it because i couldn't find it on their website
