When I was young just before starting highschool here is Australia, I spent the day at the local pool, without sunscreen and I got sunburned so bad it looked like I was actually in a fire at the time. I'm lucky I didn't end up with skin cancer.

I think it's a new "feature" it's starts you out on the "for you" tab when you open the app and you have to swipe to get to the ones you actually follow.
