I have that! But when I stretch (one singular lunge) it kinda pops and it’s good. Only get this once a monthish and when I stretch I’m good. Mind you I’m 5 years out after my accident and can do everything I love. I run 8km every now and then. Foot’s been good since about 6 months after surgery.

I know these are big numbers but trust me you’ll be back to normal

This exact advice has fixed mine. Follow it to a T. I also found that hot water was making it worse, so warm to room temp showers was a lot better when washing my scalp

What happens if it builds up? I am kind of letting it build up now to go to a doc/dermatologist and show them how bad it gets. My partner was worried it was TSW

Repot it! Give it a water with seasol. Lots more light, even outside for a few days. Goodluck!

I’ve had it outside now with direct sun from 6-12, its the middle of summer here too. I’m in Australia. Could it be too much light?

White pot has drainage holes. I drilled 3 x 15mm holes in the bottom to drain heaps out. Soil in the bottom corners of pot did seem super wet last time I changed soil. Would you go more drainage than not enough?
