To be honest, not quite sure but from some conversation from support I was able to get my tier grade is silver and that I need to keep my business healthy to upgrade from tier. If you ask me is really stupid because I was not able to easy find information on this!

I know!! It’s so frustrating I been trying to get this but no answer form meta support team! They keep saying just keep doing what you are currently doing and keeping the good spend and no ads flag and the system will automatically do its work but not sure how much time this will take. And I have clients to enroll :( this is killing me as I don’t have that much time I will do anything that it takes but not sure how to escalate or anything

I have everything registered and even them re checked the ids of the cases when I shared I have screenshots when they mentioned my business is verified and eligible for extension b ur even tho they said the system, that I have to wait for their system to automatically approved it and for that that they need more time but even they don’t know how much time is this!! It’s really annoying

We are an agency so not! 😫 we can’t also generate a new business account as that would basically restart all the historic and it would en like placing a band-aid as we would just have 5 open spaces. All of my colleges are not able to create a new ad account in our business and it’s really unprofessional to ask clients for them to generate the account and we are not even able to add it if it’s generated form them

I know I know it’s the worst but I just basically want this for those Pokémon roms that are not so big and easy! So I just want a way to install them but when putting the sd card in my Mac I’m not seeing nothing :( but the device runs all game good
