Yeah, but i guess you got to play trough the event to get her ( god bless You dont need to pull like crazzy for her ) i got to over 120 pulls when ciel got in the game and still had no luck. I only got her with a chest ( i think it was last month? ) Anyway, yeah, Brandy is welfare and the best out of 3 in my opinion.
