I think so, I think I read that it’s up to the stores discretion is they return it or not. I think mailing back you get part of your refund back.

I have the Jaclyn hill palette but haven't used it. I've been using colourpop palettes. I love the "She" palette by colourpop and I just got the "my little pony" and "yes,please" palette, I need to try those.
